Our pieces are not factory-produced. They are carefully crafted, and as a result, slight variations may naturally occur in:
 
* Colour tones and glaze depth
* Texture and brush strokes
* Shape, size, or symmetry
* Surface finish and detailing
 
These variations are not defects. They are part of the artistic character of handmade décor — the very essence that makes your piece exclusive. ✨
 
For this reason, minor aesthetic differences or natural handmade variations are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
 
 
📦 When Can You Request a Replacement?
 
We are here for you if something genuinely goes wrong. You may request a review only if:
 
* The product arrives physically damaged
* You receive an incorrect item
* There is a significant structural manufacturing defect (beyond natural handmade variation)
 
To be eligible:
 
* You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
* An unboxing video is compulsory 📸
 
The unboxing video must:
* Begin before the sealed package is opened
* Clearly show the outer packaging and shipping label
* Capture the entire unboxing process in one continuous recording (no cuts or edits)
 
Clear photographs of the product and packaging must also be shared.
 
Requests submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be processed.
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
 
 
🔁 Resolution Process
 
Once your request is carefully reviewed and approved:
 
* If the product is available → A complimentary replacement will be dispatched
 
* If the product is unavailable → Store credit equivalent to your purchase value will be issued
 
Please note:
We do not provide monetary refunds back to the original payment method.
 
Approved resolutions are processed within 7–10 business days.
 
All decisions regarding returns and replacements remain at the sole discretion of Ghar Vibes after evaluation.

As most of our pieces are prepared and reserved with care once your order is placed, orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
 
We kindly request you to review your cart and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.
 
 
🚚 Incorrect Address or Refused Deliveries
 
* Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped after payment of additional shipping charges.
* Refused deliveries are not eligible for refund or store credit.
